The system:
The extremely low mounting depth of only 9. 2 mm makes it possible to integrate control components into system solutions.
The concept:
The contact blocks of RAFIX 22 FS are mounted with other components on one common PCB. This is then fixed behind the front plate with the fixing components and signal lamps. The contact blocks therefore “float” only 9.2 mm behind the front plate directly under the fixing components on the PCB and leave a lot of space for other components. 3 mm LEDs for illumination can be installed in the middle channel of the contact blocks.
This concept saves you space, effort and material.
The system:
For the RAFIX 22 FS actuators, RAFI now offers the contact block with quick-connect terminal. The contact block is inserted in the actuator with a gentle >>>click<<< and is permanently connected. Mounting depth only 27 mm behind the front plate.
The concept:
For applications in which the routing of a PCB is not worthwhile or is not possible, a new option is available: the contact block with quick-connect terminal.
Locking lugs on the new contact block lock into the actuators with millimetre precision. Appropriate guides are fitted in the thread which guarantee a tight connection. The contact block is very easily contacted with conventional 2.8 x 0.8 mm flat connectors on the back. As an aid to insulation, the contact block with quick-connect terminal has a fin which also serves as a guide for the optional LED clip for illumination.
The new contact block with quick-connect terminal make the RAFIX 22 FS series complete and perfect. External control components can be very easily integrated into the system without tools, saving you space, effort and material.
