The purpose of this policy is to describe how RAFI conducts business in an ethical way according to its values. This policy is applied to all RAFI activities globally and it is communicated to RAFI's employees and stakeholders.

Every RAFI employee is responsible for implementing this policy. The policy has been approved by RAFI's Executive Management and it is introduced to RAFI employees through internal communication. If any of the requirements in this policy is in violation of some local law the local law takes precedence.
